The work culture of teachers in madrasah needs to be formed achieve sustainable changes the workplace, including increased productivity, so that can have following: Understanding basic substance meaning work: attitude towards and environment, behavior when working, ethics, time, ways or tools used work. purpose this study was determine Madrasah Aliyah Central Lampung Regency, Indonesia. research data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation were analyzed processes reduction, display, conclusion verification. validity tested for credibility (internal validity), transferability (external dependability (reliability), confirmability (objectivity). According findings, teachers' improving quality learning aliyah Regency includes 1) integrity professionalism. 2) Leadership exemplary 3) Togetherness group dynamics 4) Accuracy speed 5) rationalism emotional intelligence.
